Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PinsBoost cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account (even by others who have their own logins under your account).
- You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide your legal full name and a valid email address to complete the signup process.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
- Our payment terms and subscription details will be clearly explained during the signup process.
- All payments must be made in advance to maintain service access.
- If payment is not received, your account may be frozen until payment is made.
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings.
- Downgrading may result in the loss of features or capacity of your account. PinsBoost does not accept any liability for such loss.
- All fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Termination
- You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account through our website interface.
- If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can choose to delete your account and all your data at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the service for any reason at any time.
- Abuse of any kind toward our customers or staff will result in immediate account termination.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
- Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email.
- PinsBoost shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Content Ownership, Copyright and Trademark

- The PinsBoost name, logo, and branding are protected by trademark and cannot be used without permission.
